Ruff Start Rescue

Ruff Start Rescue is a Not-For-Profit organization dedicated to rescuing and finding homes for dogs that have been neglected, abused or are at risk of being euthanized at a high kill shelter.

RSR Adoption Event!!! Ruff Start Rescue is happy to announce our first Adoption Event at Northwind Kennels.

This event will feature all the dogs we have boarded there and several dogs that are in foster care. Please spread the word and come out to support us and see our amazing canines!

Ram's Emergency Medical Fund

Hi, my name is Ram. The good people at Ruff Start Rescue literally saved my life minutes from death at a high kill shelter down south.

I am in a lot of pain right now because I have a torn cruciate and need surgery that will cost thousands of dollars. Ruff Start Rescue has offered to pay for my surgery, even though they can’t afford it, so I’m reaching out to all of you good people for help.
