Thank you for your interest! Volunteers are a key part of a dog rescue. Any area where you can help is very much appreciated. Here are some areas where volunteers may assist:
- Fundraising - assist as needed
- Advertising - assist as needed
- Graphic Design – create flyers/documents
- Newsletter - interview people, write articles, copying, editing
- Grant writing - writing with experience in this field
- Events - assist when needed
- Phone Interviews - 20-30 minutes phone time and write-ups
- Home Visits - 30-45 minute visit and write-up, some travel involved
- Vet Checks – 10-15 minute phone time
- Dog Transports - usually during the day with your car
- Adoption Follow-ups – short phone calls and write-ups
- Kennel Help - socialize dogs, walk dogs, assist with cleaning duties, meet potential adopters
